IMPROVING LEGAL SERVICES

Only 12% of Iraq's vulnerable people have access to the formal justice system. To bridge this gap, we support 28 grassroots legal clinics throughout the country to provide free legal services to those most in need. Together, these clinics have provided free legal services to nearly 14,000 vulnerable Iraqis. Read more >>

TRAINING TOMORROW'S LAWYERS

We also support an innovative approach to the country’s legal education system that promotes a practical, experience-based curriculum through law school legal clinics and internationally recognized moot court competitions. Through these activities, we are fostering Iraq’s next generation of lawyers to be better able to serve vulnerable populations. Read more >>
